Why we don't sell fixed packages
Every Long Island yard is different: access, slope, soil, setbacks and where the sun hits. A fixed package either leaves things out or charges you for things you don't need. Instead, we measure your yard and price exactly what you want, with a 3D design so you can see it first.
How a combined project is priced
| Part | Published range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Vinyl inground pool | $25,000–$65,000 | Pool only |
| Gunite pool | $65,000–$140,000+ | Pool only |
| Paver deck | About $21–$36 per sq ft | A 600 sq ft deck works out to roughly $12,600–$21,600 at those rates |
| Fence and alarm | Varies by length and style | Required by code |
| Lighting | About $3,000–$3,500 for a 10-light starter system | Pool, step and landscape lights |
These are published market ranges from Long Island contractors' cost guides and national cost sites, not CMC prices. Your number depends on your yard, access and finishes. We give a written quote after a free visit.
How much deck do you need?
- Lounging: about 4 feet of deck per lounge chair, on the sunny side.
- Dining: a 10×12 area for a table for six.
- Walkways: at least 3–4 feet around the rest of the pool.
- Later projects: leave room for the kitchen or fire pit you might add.
Why one crew saves money
When the pool builder and the patio contractor are different companies, you pay for two mobilizations and someone has to coordinate grades, drains and coping. We dig, build the pool, lay the base and set the pavers with the same crew and our own excavation equipment, so the pieces line up and the yard is torn up once.
